1.Boil 4 cups of water.
2.Add 2 chamomile tea bags. 
3.allow this to sit about for 10 to 15 minutes.
4.After this remove the tea bags and put them in a refrigerator. 


Directions:
Once cools.place 1 tea bag on each eye and leave them for about 15 minutes.use this remedy everyday for better results.

2.Remedy Using Egg Whites:
1.Take 2 egg whites in a bowl.
2.Beat them till it become stiff.


Directions:
now apply this gently under the eyes and leave it to dry for about 15 minutes.now place a soft cloth soaked in warm water over the eyes re hydrate the dried egg whites.finely rinse gently with warm water. it is recommended to use this remedy once in three days to reduce puffiness and swelling.egg whites help in improving blood circulation around the eyes and makes the skin firm and smooth.

3.Remedy Using Cucumber:
1.take a 2 slices of cucumber.
2.stick it in the freezer for 15 minutes.


Directions:
then just place them on to your eyes and just get relax for about 15 minutes.do this everyday.

you can also use potatoes if you don't like cucumber.

1.make sure you don't over stress yourself.
2.sleep at least for 7 to 8 hours every night.
3.reduce the amount of salt intake.
4.drink lots of water and green tea.
